All of our teachers are native Spanish speakers and are certified in teaching Spanish as a second language. We also offer free tutoring as part of our learning system, so that after class you can get additional tutoring from a teacher who speaks both Spanish and English—this can help you bridge the most difficult or technical parts of learning Spanish.
Our experienced teachers are supported by a structured curriculum, text book and work books. We have a good supply of Spanish dictionaries and grammar books for your reference.
Other Things to do in Antigua
When you're not studying, there are lots of social activities, trekking, and tours that you can get involved in. Try indoor rock climbing with the Antigua climbing club, only four blocks from the school or hit the Antigua Gym for a nice workout. Just one hour outside of Antigua is a live volcano, one of the few spots on the planet where you can walk over crusts of molten lava, or book a tour to Guatemala's famous Tikal archeological ruins or to Lake Atitalan
Antigua has been called "The City of Eternal Spring", its moderate climate ensures that shorts and a T shirt are the norm.
For the party crowd Antigua has night clubs that play all the latest music, attracting locals and world travelers alike, and the city has an active after hours scene too..
Needless to say, there is also a wide range of local eating places where you can experiment and appreciate Guatemalan delicacies.
